1.     Cancellation of Payment Plans and Payment Refunds 
By agreeing to set up a payment plan you consent to agree that you will provide JPA with at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation of any of our services and will be responsible for payment up to and including this period even if direct debits are cancelled.

b. Payment Refunds for Holiday Camps - We require 24 hours notice for any sessions cancelled to be eligible for refund. We may issue a credit against any cancelled sessions which may be used within 6 months of issue. 
 

2.     Cancellation of sessions
JPA will only cancel sessions if any of that facilities are closed by the venue or if any extreme weather conditions make it unsuitable to play if any sessions are booked outside. Notification will be given at the earliest convenience if any cancellations do occur.

 

3.  Free Trials

Free trials are for the use of new members only. This is exempt from current and previous members.
 

4.     Consent for Photography and Videos
By joining your child to JPA you consent that photos and videos may be taken during the sessions. These photos and videos are used for JPA use only, these will be featured in any promotional ads, publications, JPA social media, on the JPA website and game analysis.

 

5.     Parent/Guardian Photography
Parents are permitted to take photos during our sessions the purposes of that individuals personal, family or household purposes only as specified by section 36 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

6.     JPA Kit
The full JPA football kit includes a t-shirt, shorts and socks and is required to be worn every session once kit has been received. If you wish to purchase an additional or replacement kit, please contact info@justplayacademy.co.uk.

b. JPA team kits includes a numbered team shirt, shorts and socks and must be worn for all team events. 

c. JPA team trophies are issued to player of the match. Winner gets to keep the trophy until the next game and must be appropriately looked after and returned in the same condition as received.

7.     Code of Conduct
JPA abides by a code of conduct which has a zero tolerance policy of any form of racism, intimidation, verbal or physical bullying and anti-social behaviour. Any occurrences of such behaviour may lead to suspension or expulsion from the course and no refund will be offered. JPA reserves the right to remove any disruptive children from the sessions and courses.

 

8.     Responsibility of personal property
JPA coaches and staff will hold no responsibility for any damage or loss of any personal belongings during the course.
